2nd sept.2018 was another colorful day in the life of village kids, youth and women as they celebrated “Krishna Janamashtmi” with pomp and pleasure with “Sai Social Responsibility And Research Centre” . There were lot of preparations and the enthusiasm was in air while free eye check up camp and Gynecological awareness camp just added to its glory . For the first time a number of events were organised ensuring participation of all age groups with welcome song by girls of empowered SSRRC “Girls Brigade” the day observed singing and dancing competition of children and youth along with pooja , bhajan by women of village . Children and women not only shared their experiences and journey of past 5 years with sincere and honest efforts of SSRRC.” Matki fod” competition was the climax of the event seeing which even the chief guest; Mr. Kapoor and other special guest went smiling.
Apart of felicitation of guests participants and winners were promptly felicitated and there were surprise prizes of “All Rounder” and “Best Costume”, “Best sports person of village in 2017-18” as well. Culminating the day Dr. Sushi Singh, Founder Director SSRRC thanked each and every participant and stakeholder while shared her feeling attaching it with “Krishna’s teaching “ by saying that “ Life is one but it’s worth only if it is meaningful and done as detached work “ .
